This bag had mixed reviews but still i decided to take my chances and go for it. The first impression of the bag is really good.It looks just like the picture(except i did not get the furry ball thing and honestly i didn't care about it either) and has soooo many pockets.The fabric of the bag does not look cheap, all the zips work fine and the studs are properly attached.The long strings of the bag are detachable and long enough to make the bag reach till the waist. For now i like it and plan on keeping it unless it starts giving me trouble.

You have 30 days from delivery to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on lilacoo.com for return.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). And please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return.

REFUNDS

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
